Stono Construction was founded out of a shared belief that high-end residential building should be a deeply collaborative, face-to-face partnership. When we started the company, we chose a deliberate path: to remain “boutique by design.” We intentionally limit the number of active projects we take on each year so that our clients never get handed off to mid-level project managers or superintendents or remote customer service loops.
When you build a custom home or expand or remodel your property with Stono Construction, you are working directly with the owners of the company. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured bringing local residential building experience to Downtown Charleston, South Mount Pleasant, West Ashley, James Island, Johns Island, and Wadmalaw.
