One of the founders of Stono Construction, Dan Logan has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment.
Originally from Roanoke, VA, Dan moved to Charleston in 1996. He started his first company in the early 2000’s buying, renovating, leasing, and selling houses in the Lowcountry. Throughout his career, Dan has bought and sold numerous homes in the Charleston area. His investment company owns and manages a number of residential rental properties. Dan combines incredible knowledge with extensive experience in hands-on remodeling, real estate financing, private mortgage lending, rental property management, and home redesign. Additionally, Dan has experience in commercial real estate development, business finance management, website development, and marketing.
Dan and his wife Katie live on James Island with their two children and a dog. In his spare time, Dan can be found spending time with his family and playing drums in local bands.
