John Goodwin has over 20 years of experience in the management of single and multi-family residential, as well as mixed use construction projects.
He has served as Director of Construction for a Fortune 500 home building corporation and a large privately held firm in addition to other management roles within the industry. He has led construction projects along the Eastern Seaboard in seven states from New York to South Carolina.
John has served on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity Charleston as well as on the Board of Directors of the Crystal Spring Land Company. He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. John’s primary duties at Stono Construction include construction management, estimating, strategic planning, and business development.
John lives on James Island with his wife Louise, two boys, and their dog. He enjoys inshore saltwater angling whenever he gets the chance.
