“Boutique Builder” – Small By Design

The article does a nice job of capturing what we think sets us apart in the competitive Charleston construction industry. Our small-by-design approach allows us to give our undivided attention to each client. Homebuilding can be stressful and there are many moving parts. By selecting just a handful of projects each year, we can expose our clients to our full array of the highest quality partners and tradespeople in the Lowcountry to find the best fit. We know and trust the people we work with and that can make a big difference in a smooth project or a months-long headache.

At Stono Construction, we are able to spend more time helping homeowners through the detailed steps that are inherently involved with custom home building projects. From interior design elements to landscaping and fundamentals of construction that may have been left out of the architectural plans, we are there. We pride ourselves on strong communication and respect. Custom homes are just that, custom. Each job is different and we find that our clients enjoy the hands-on experience they get with Stono because we have intentionally remained a small operation.

A Custom Home Worth Bragging About

The home that was featured in this article is a beautiful 2,500 square foot, four bedroom, four and a half bath, elevated home. Situated on a beautiful Wadmalaw River site, this second home was built to be a comfortable coastal getaway. It features an open concept floor plan, warm and inviting interior spaces and 2,000 square feet of decks and outdoor space. These Tennessee homeowners now have the perfect space for their multi-generational family to gather.
