PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project involved renovating nearly every inch of a beautiful historic Charleston single home. The entire roof and several framing components had to be completely removed, and the home had to be gutted down to the studs, prior to beginning to restore it to it’s former glory. The floorplan was modified inside to open up the kitchen to the main living area, and a porch was added. The home is under the purview of the City of Charleston’s Architectural review Board, and we worked diligently to ensure compliance with strict standards.
