PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project started with a couple who had their home under contract to purchase in Mount Pleasant. We coordinated with the architect and structural engineer prior to closing to ensure budget targets were met. The scope of work was to completely remodel the kitchen, re-purpose the dining, foyer, laundry room, and office areas, update the living room, screened porch, and primary bedroom. It was a fun project and was completed just in time for them to move into their new home as planned. Notable features include v-groove ceiling in the kitchen and living room, Thermador appliances, waterfall edge Quartz island, site-finished heart pine flooring, office barn door, replacement of outdated HVAC equipment, and a new front door.
