PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project started with a couple who had their home under contract to purchase. We worked with them prior to closing to draw up architectural plans and get engineering for the structural modifications needed. The scope of work was to remodel the kitchen, re-purpose the dining, foyer, laundry room, and office areas, update the living room, screened porch, and master bedroom. It was a fun project and was completed just in time for them to move into their new home as planned. Notable features include v-groove ceiling in the kitchen and living room, Thermador appliances, waterfall edge Quartz island, heart pine flooring, office barn door, replacement of outdated HVAC equipment, and a new front door.
