Pool Addition and Remodel

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The owner of this marsh front home in Wadmalaw Island wanted to add a pool and a pool guest house with a large covered porch. The pool house features a bathroom with a zero-entry shower inside, with an additional exterior door to an outdoor shower, accessible from the bathroom and the exterior. Inside, there are custom tile floors, site laid hardwood flooring, and lots of windows. Probably one of the best views we’ve seen, this lot sits high up on a bluff and the new pool area offers an incredible view! The sunken pool area, flanked by a new breezeway, the new pool house, and the home, feels cozy and private while keeping the big views well within reach.

The scope also included an interior remodel of the original main house with a new kitchen, new flooring, remodeled bathrooms, a repurposed office, and many other features to make the home more current.
